Final-As-Built
LHA Certified Dwellings
Dwellings that comply with the Silver, Gold or Platinum performance levels outlined in the Livable Housing Design Guidelines are located throughout the community. The LHA Final-As-Built Certificate certifies that the actual built dwelling complies with one of the LHA performance levels. Only dwellings that have LHA Final-As-Built Certification registered with LHA are featured on the website and provide an assurance of quality for the dwelling.
